Postage
Delivery Charges.
Delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses for purchases over £20.
For purchases below £20 inc VAT, there is a £2 charge.
How long does it take to arrive?
Standard recorded delivery:-
1-3 working days (Although Royal Mail advice 92% of first class mail is currently arriving the next day)
Overnight By Royal Mail:-
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday and Saturday before 11am are dispatched the same day.
Security and Discretion
All orders are sent normal post unless you request recorded delivery by the Royal Mail or Recorded delivery by Business Post Courier, further costs will be incurred.
We will email you your tracking number on the day of dispatch if requested Special delivery.
International Shipping.
Depending on the size of your order it will either be shipped by Royal Mail AirSure (Registered) or Fedex

Returns
Returns and Refunds
Ink Print wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.
unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days for alternative items or a full refund less a charge of £2 for postage.
Faulty cartridges can be returned within 30 days. A full refund will be made plus return postage costs.
Cancellations
If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and it is returned to us and you then cancel your order additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm so these will be deducted from your refund.
If you received free shipping then the actual shipping cost will not be refunded on the return of the goods.
If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods then a full refund will be given minus any charges incurred by us for billing your card and then refunding your card.
Defective Items.
If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it with its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days in event of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.

Returning an Item
No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us
